Bill Title: Abandoned vehicles. Provides that an owner or last titled owner of a motor vehicle commits a Class C infraction when the owner or last titled owner of the motor vehicle abandons the vehicle. Requires a public agency that removes an abandoned vehicle earlier than allowed under statute to reimburse all costs paid by a person to release the vehicle from storage.
