Bill Title: Protective orders and employment. Urges the general assembly to assign to an appropriate interim study committee the task of studying the issue of whether an individual can be subject to disqualification from eligibility for unemployment benefits because the individual was discharged from employment due to circumstances directly related to the individual's filing of a petition for a protective order.
