Bill Title: Appropriation for mental health provider loan forgiveness. Appropriates $500,000 for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017, and $500,000 for the state fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, to the division of mental health and addiction (division) for deposit in the mental health and addiction services loan forgiveness account, to be used by the division for purposes of providing loan repayments for certain mental health professionals.
