Bill Title: Sale of CBD oil. Requires the state department of health to include a unique identification number and bar code on cards issued to persons on the cannabidiol (CBD) registry (registry). Authorizes a retailer to possess and sell CBD if the retailer stores the CBD in a locked case and takes certain steps to verify that the purchaser is on the registry. Makes conforming amendments.
