Bill Title: Trial court jurisdiction. Specifies that circuit courts, superior courts, and probate courts have original and concurrent jurisdiction under certain provisions of the Indiana Code. Requires the public defender commission (rather than the division of state court administration) to hire staff to support the public defender commission. Makes technical corrections.
