Bill Title: Completion of training by volunteer firefighters. Requires a volunteer firefighter to successfully complete certain minimum basic training requirements before performing the emergency response duties of a volunteer firefighter. Grants police powers to a fire investigator who has successfully completed law enforcement training and meets other specified conditions.
