Synopsis: Standing for action against conservancy district. Provides that a freeholder of property in a conservancy district may seek mandate or injunctive relief against the conservancy district board of directors for a violation of the board's powers or duties. (Current law grants standing only to an interested person adversely affected by an action committed or omitted by the board in violation of the board's powers or duties.)

Effective: July 1, 2012.

    A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning natural and cultural resources.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
