Bill Title: Police transparency and community trust. Not later than January 1, 2018, requires the law enforcement training board to adopt minimum standards for training of law enforcement officers (officers) regarding: (1) racial equity and bias-free policing; and (2) body worn cameras and recordings. Beginning April 1, 2018, requires the state police department and each local law enforcement agency to submit an annual report to the attorney general of data on all stops and searches conducted during the preceding year. Requires the attorney general to develop guidelines not later than October 1, 2017, for the data collection and reporting. Establishes a law
