Bill Title: Making appropriations for the Kansas state department of education for FY 2021, FY 2022 and FY 2023; requiring a Kansas foster care children annual academic report card; authorizing limited remote learning; providing the criteria for identification of students eligible to receive at-risk programs and services; requiring boards of education to allocate sufficient school district moneys to improve student academic performance; authorizing school districts to pay tuition and fees for concurrent and dual enrollment programs; expanding student eligibility under the tax credit for low income students scholarship program; extending the high-density at-risk weighting; providing ACT college entrance exams and workkeys assessments to certain nonpublic school students.
