Bill Title: Creating the Kansas promise scholarship act; requiring a Kansas foster care children annual academic report card; authorizing the state board of regents on behalf of Kansas state university to sell certain real property in Saline county; providing payment or waiver of tuition for certain dually or concurrently enrolled students; authorizing the practice of the healing arts by healing arts school clinics; and providing ACT college entrance exams and workkeys assessments to nonpublic school students.
