Summary
Amend KRS 91A.070 to establish procedures for city ad valorem taxes not collected by the sheriff, including the due date, possible installment payments, penalties and interest for nonpayment, and other matters not in conflict with law; ordinance may also provide an amnesty program for forgiveness or reduction of taxpayer penalties or interest.
