Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 235 to define "slip" and "personal watercraft"; allow a person who rents a slip at a state owned marina to keep that same slip number and location if the person has rented the slip for three years consecutively and there is no unpaid slip rent and the slip rent has been paid on time.
