Summary

Amend KRS 39G.010 to designate the Office of Homeland Security as administrator of the Kentucky Fusion Center as described in Subtitle B of the Implementing Recommendations of the 9/11 Commission Act of 2007, Pub. L. No. 110-53; amend KRS 61.878 to change the name of the Office for Security Coordination to the Office of Homeland Security; confirm Executive Order No. 2011-384 to the extent not otherwise confirmed or superseded by this Act.
