Summary
Amend KRS 198B.4021 to require that a temporary elevator mechanic license shall require 24 months of experience in specified areas; mandate that a temporary elevator mechanic license may not be renewed; and permit the department to promulgate administrative regulations to establish the scope of duties and fees associated with a temporary elevator mechanic license.
