Summary
Amend KRS 139.470 to exempt from sales and use tax gross receipts derived from retail sales of a previously owned manufactured home, or 50 percent of the gross receipts derived from the retail sale of a manufactured home that has not been previously owned; apply to retail sales made on and after July 1, 2015, but before July 1, 2019.
