Summary

Amend KRS 15.382, 15.3971, 15.540, and 95.951 to allow the high school graduation requirement for law enforcement personnel to be met through graduation from a nonaccredited or noncertified school that meets basic standards set by the Kentucky Department of Education, a GED exam, or the external diploma program; EMERGENCY.
