Summary
Amend KRS 68.197 to remove the population requirement and the one percent occupational license fee rate limitation; allow the crediting of city and county occupational license fees by agreement only; amend KRS 67.793 to conform; repeal KRS 68.199, relating to credit against occupational license fees in a county that attains a population of 30,000.
