Amend KRS 315.400 to exclude "interpharmacy medication exchange" from the definition of "wholesale distributor"; amend KRS 304.17A-515 to include Medicaid managed care plans operating in the Commonwealth as a part of a "managed care plan" for purposes of that section; amend KRS 205.6312 to state that the copayments for a prescription or over-the-counter drug shall be $1 for generic drugs, $2 for preferred brand name drugs, and $3 for non-preferred brand name drugs; state that these copayments shall not be deducted from a reimbursement due from a Medicaid or a Medicaid managed care organization, but shall be in addition to such reimbursement; state that the copayment requirements shall apply to all Medicaid managed care organization contracting with the cabinet; amend KRS 304.17A-17A-625 to conform.
