Summary

Create new sections of KRS Chapter 158 to set forth legislative intent; identify the requirements of a sex education program for districts that offer sex education instruction; create a new section of KRS Chapter 156 to require the Department of Education to promulgate administrative regulations to implement and administer a sex education program; require the department to maintain a list of sex education curricula and prepare a report of sex education curricula used in the districts; require the department to establish education and training qualifications for sex education teachers; identify the Act as the "Healthy Youth Act."
