Summary
Amend KRS 426.577 to require the master commissioner to record the deeed of real estate sold by the master comissioner; amend KRS 382.130 to conform; create a new section of KRS Chapter 186A to allow the master commissioner to obtain title to vehicles abandoned on real estate sold by the master commissioner.
