Summary
Create a new section in KRS Chapter 141 to declare a tax credit for the small businesses who have an apprenticeship program; amend KRS 141.0205 for conforming amendments; and create a new section of KRS Chapter 343 to require the Department of Workplace Standards to certify to the Department of Revenue the small businesses with apprenticeship programs.
