Summary
Require school districts to reopen when 80% of certified personnel and 80% of classified personnel are vaccinated for COVID-19; establish public reporting requirements for the school personnel vaccination rate; provide that an action may be filed against the local school district due to a violation of the section's requirements; prohibit mask wearing requirements in the Commonwealth related to COVID-19 once 70% of the adult population is vaccinated; provide that the Act shall expire on February 29, 2024; EMERGENCY.
