Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 198B to require buildings with more than four disabled accessible parking spaces to maintain at least one extra wheelchair-accessible-vehicle-only disabled parking space above the Uniform State Building Code requirements; define "wheelchair-accessible vehicle"; amend KRS 198B.990 to provide penalties for violations.
