Summary
Create sections of KRS Chapter 151B to create the Workforce Innovation Board pursuant to the requirements of the Workforce Opportunity and Innovation Act; set forth definitions, board membership, responsibilities of the board, and statutory mandates on the board and local workforce boards; require the Secretary of the Education and Workforce Investment Cabinet to promulgate necessary administrative regulations.
