Summary
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 311 to establish legislative intent; define terms; create the Kentucky Board of Midwifery' provide for licensure and administrative regulation requirements regarding the practice of midwifery; establish a trust and agency fund to be administered by the board to implement the licensure of midwives; set forth informed consent requirements for patient care; amend KRS 211.180 to KRS 311.550 to conform.
