Summary
Amends various sections of the Kentucky Condominium Act, KRS 381.9101 to 381.9207, to provide that the seller's statement is applicable to all condominiums, with exceptions; clarify that a condominium is real estate, portions of which are designated for separate ownership; provide for lien priority as it relates to association assessments issued against a condominium; provide for the collection of attorneys fees when the association enforces the collection of assessments; and make technical corrections; amend KRS 324.360 to provide that the Kentucky Real Estate Commission may create and distribute forms and other materials to its licensees and the general public concerning condominium transactions.
