Summary

Create a new section in KRS Chapter 65 to establish that referendum petition requirements include the printed name, signature, date of birth, residential address, and the date the petitioner signed the petition and to require that to be eligible to sign a referendum petition a person must live in the district or jurisdiction that will be effected by the referendum and be a registered voter.
