Summary

Amend KRS 23A.110 to express the legislative intent that a family division of the Circuit Court is to promote the concept of one family-one judge; amend KRS 30A.140 to require the circuit clerk, during a family division realignment, to maintain the one family-one judge relationship to the extent reasonably practical.
