Summary
Amend KRS 243.110 to permit the holder of a small farm winery license to also hold a small farm winery wholesaler's license; amend KRS 243.154 to require a small farm winery that holds a small farm winery wholesaler's license to pay the wholesale tax on gross receipts of package wine sold for the purpose of retail sale off the winery's licensed premises.
