Summary
Amend KRS 168.030 to create within the Kentucky Educational Television Authority the Content Division, the Policy and Compliance Division, the Finance Division, the Production Division, the Technology and Operations Division, and the Marketing Division, and abolish the Operations Division; confirm Executive Order No. 2020-1042, dated December 21, 2020.
