Summary
Amend KRS 199.525 to require the Cabinet for Health and Services to establish procedures by which a biological parent, adult biological sibling of an adopted person, or a provider of medical services may provide updated health information to the cabinet; require the cabinet to provide information about the procedures for submitting health information to biological parents, when possible, and make the information about the procedures available on the cabinet's Web site.
