Create a new section of KRS Chapter 218A to permit a physician to recommend the use of cannabidiol or cannabidiol products; set criteria for recommendations; prohibit the Board of Medical Licensure from prohibiting recommendations; amend KRS 218A.010 to add recommendation to the definition of marijuana.
