Propose an amendment to Section 170 of the Constitution of Kentucky allowing partially disabled veterans and law enforcement officers a portion of the property tax homestead exemption based on the veteran's or officer's percentage disability rating, and making typographical changes of a nonsubstantive nature for clarification purposes; state ballot question; submit to voters.
