An Act Promoting Community Responsibility.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 40B of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 23A. Any low or moderate income residential project built through the application of a comprehensive permit must comply with local zoning regulations.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on July 1, 2009.
