An Act
Relative to Justices of the Peace.
Be it enacted by
the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by
the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 39 of chapter 207 of the General Laws, as appearing in 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out in line 5 the words :twenty-five dollars” and inserting in place thereof the figure:- $100.
