An Act relative to overweight vehicles.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The sixth paragraph of section 19A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-
In a case where it is impossible for the owner or operator of the overweight vehicle to determine the weight of the load, there shall be no prosecution.
