An Act
Relative to Substance Abuse Treatment.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Sec tion 9A of chapter 118E of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 O fficial E dition, is hereby amended by inserting after clause 14 the following clause:-
(15) Persons with a medical diagnosis of opiate addiction shall be eligible through MassHealth for coverage of treatment including, but not limited to, opiate blo cker implants.
