An Act Relative to Expansion of Renewable Energy Tax Credits.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 6(d) of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after (I)(A)(2), as inserted by this act, the following:— (3) geothermal energy for nonbusiness residential purposes;
