An Act relative to the public records law.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7(26)(q) of chapter 4 of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Section 31 of chapter 46 is hereby amended by inserting the following language at the end of the section:-
“Adoption contact information and indices created from the adoption contact registry established by this section shall not be public record subject to disclosure pursuant to chapter 66.”
