An Act Relative to Private School Bonding.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any nonprofit agency that has 501(c) (3) status, shall be able to use both the Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority and the Massachusetts Development when attempting to bond out construction projects.
