An Act Relative to the Thames River Valley.
Be it
enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled,
and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1. Article V of section 1 of chapter 616 of the Acts of 1957 is hereby amended by inserting after the fourth sentence the following sentence:- Any sums the state of Connecticut pays to the Commonwealth for reimbursement of tax losses shall be distributed by the Commonwealth to the affected communities of Brimfield, Charlton, Holland, Southbridge, Sturbridge, Dudley and Oxford.
