An Act to further regulate cutting practices.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the Director of the Division of State Parks & Recreation, Department of Conservation and Recreation with authority under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 132 (the Forest Cutting Law), sections 47-50, is hereby directed to promulgate new regulations that would require that only Massachusetts Licensed Foresters be able to prepare and file any and all Forest Cutting Plans.
