An Act DIRECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSERVATION AND RECREATION TO
MAINTAIN CERTAIN PROPERTY.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The department of conservation and recreation shall annually prior to November 15th shall clear all leaves and debris on their property on the Veterans of Foreign Wars Parkway in the city of Boston and the town of Brookline and shall prepare a master plan for the planting, pruning, and reforestation of trees in said area.
