An Act relative to proper allocation of the gasoline tax.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 64A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after section 7A the following new section:-
Section 7B. Any tax revenue from the sale of gasoline whose point of purchase is a marina or boat dock for use in motorboats shall be deposited in the Waterway Improvement Fund for maintenance and rehabilitation of the waterways of the Commonwealth.
