An Act relative to fees for seniors filing with the tax appellate
board.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 7 of chapter 58A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 official edition, is amended in line 28 by inserting after the words “or both,” with the following words:- “or persons over the age of 65 who file an appeal from the board of assessors and with a gross income of 200% of the federal poverty level shall pay a entry fee of more than twenty-five dollars.”
