An Act requiring a statement of reasons to accompany the denial or
dismissal of any motion on activity entered in the Appeals or Supreme Judicial
Court.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. C. 211, Sec. 8 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of that section: “The denial or dismissal of any motion or activity entered in the Appeals Court.”
