Summary

Providing that the Maryland Transportation Authority may send only one notice each month to a vehicle owner regarding unpaid tolls owed for the use of specified toll facilities; requiring the Authority to consolidate all tolls owed in the monthly notice; authorizing the Authority to assess one service fee in the monthly notice and limiting the amount of the fee; requiring the Authority to develop a website that allows specified vehicle owners to access information regarding tolls due; etc.
