Summary
Requiring, on or before August 1, 2013, the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to report to the Governor and the General Assembly on the savings it has achieved through the efficient use of resources and how a portion of these savings may be reinvested in proven prisoner reentry programs; and stating the intent of the General Assembly that the savings be incorporated in the fiscal year 2015 budget.
