Summary

Establishing an exception for nonfull-time police officers of the Natural Resources Police Force to the prohibition against a law enforcement agency employing an individual as a police officer for a specified period of time unless the individual is certified by the Police Training Commission if the nonfull-time police officers perform law enforcement activities under the same duty assignment as an officer who is certified by the Commission; declaring the intent of the General Assembly; etc.
