Authorizing an accredited hospital to apply to the Health Services Cost Review Commission for funding to establish a specified podiatric medical examiners residency program; requiring the Commission to select one accredited hospital that applied for funding and transfer funds sufficient for the accredited hospital to provide a specified residency program to a specified number of podiatric medical residents each year for a specified number of years; etc.
